Hiring: Area Business Head – EdTech Field Sales | Multiple Locations Across India
Locations: Tamil Nadu | Maharashtra | Delhi | Uttar Pradesh | Karnataka | Kerala
Are you passionate about education, field sales, and team leadership Join us and play a key role in driving student outreach, school partnerships, and lead generation initiatives.
Experience Required:
3–7 years in EdTech Field Sales (K12 PCM preferred)
Mandatory Team Handling Experience
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Within 15 Days Preferred (Max 1 Month)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end offline lead generation across assigned clusters
• Build and manage partnerships with schools and educational institutions
• Conduct engaging live demos for 50–150 Class 12 PCM students
• Recruit, train, and manage Business Development Executives (BDEs)
• Execute outreach campaigns, activations, and territory expansion initiatives
• Manage CRM, lead tracking, reporting, and business targets
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in EdTech sales and team management
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Comfortable with extensive intra-state travel
• Native speaker of the assigned state's language with good English communication
