Job Description

You'll own end-to-end offline lead generation for an entire region in a state — leading a team of executives to build school & college partnerships, run live demos for 50–150 Class 12 PCM students at a time, and drive 1,000+ qualified NIAT registrations per month.

What You'll Do

•    Own the cluster lead engine — End-to-end responsibility for offline lead generation across your assigned cluster

•    Build school & institution partnerships — Research prospects, pitch to Decision Makers (Principals, Correspondents, Heads of Academics), close demo alignment, manage post-demo relationships

•    Lead live student demos — Present NIAT to 50–150 Class 12 PCM students at a time; motivate, answer questions, capture registrations on the spot

•    Hire and lead your team — Recruit Business Development Executives, train them, monitor daily KPIs, coach for consistent performance

•    Drive outreach campaigns — Stalls in high-footfall zones, channel partner onboarding, market activations, competitor and territory analysis

•    Own the numbers — Budget planning, CRM hygiene, lead journey tracking, monthly business reporting

You're A Strong Fit If

•    You have 3–7 years in EdTech field sales (K12 PCM preferred.

•    You've managed 2+ direct reportees (BDE / BDA / Counsellors / Field Executives)

•    You have a systematic approach to building lead funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks, and hitting KPIs consistently

•    You're comfortable with intensive intra-state travel — 4 days a week, including overnight stays

•    You're a native speaker of the state's language (Tamil / Marathi / Hindi / Kannada / Malayalam — depending on assigned state) plus proficient in English

•    You have your own laptop and 2-wheeler (or can arrange on selection)

•    Your notice period is max 1 month — 15 days preferred. Immediate joiners get priority.

What Success Looks Like

•    1,000+ leads per month at the team level

•    25+ schools onboarded per quarter

•    80%+ school-to-demo conversion on aligned schools

•    Team retention and rapid ramp-up of new BDEs into productivity within 30 days
