L3 Security Engineer – Arcos PAM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced L3 Security Engineer with strong expertise in Arcos Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for administration, onboarding, troubleshooting, policy management, integrations, upgrades, automation, and operational support of enterprise PAM infrastructure.
PAM Administration & Support
- Manage and support Arcos PAM infrastructure.
- Perform onboarding of privileged accounts, servers, databases, applications, and network devices.
- Configure password vaulting, credential rotation, and privileged session management.
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege policies.
- Manage privileged account lifecycle and access workflows.
- Troubleshoot PAM connectivity, authentication, and session management issues.
Security Operations
- Monitor and analyze privileged access activities.
- Investigate suspicious privileged account activities and security incidents.
- Support SOC and Incident Response teams during investigations.
- Generate audit, compliance, and operational reports.
- Ensure privileged access security controls align with enterprise security standards.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate Arcos PAM with Active Directory / LDAP, MFA solutions, SIEM platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Support API integrations and automation workflows.
- Automate onboarding and privileged access processes where applicable.
Platform Maintenance
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
- Maintain HA and DR configurations.
- Perform backup and restoration activities.
- Monitor PAM server health, storage, and performance.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Arcos PAM solutions.
- Experience with password vaulting, session management, credential rotation, and access governance.
- Knowledge of PAM architecture and privileged identity management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA integration.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux administration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.

- ITIL Foundation
Experience & Qualification
- 5–10 years of cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of PAM administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Good to Have
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
- Cloud security exposure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of compliance standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, and HIPAA.
