About the Role:

The ArchViz CAD Technician Level II plays a critical role in transforming architectural concepts into detailed, precise, and visually compelling CAD drawings . This position is responsible for supporting architects and designers by producing high-quality technical drawings and renderings that accurately represent design intent and construction details. The role requires a deep understanding of architectural visualization techniques, CAD software, and the ability to interpret complex design documents. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure that all visual outputs meet client specifications and industry standards. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless communication of architectural ideas, facilitating project approvals and successful construction outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a CAD Technician or Architectural Visualizer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software for architectural drafting.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in advanced CAD
  • Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with project management software and collaborative platforms.
  • Prior experience working in an architectural visualization studio or design consultancy.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and modify detailed architectural CAD drawings based on project requirements and design briefs.
  • Develop photorealistic architectural visualizations and renderings to support client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical drawings and visual outputs.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details to produce precise CAD documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CAD software and visualization tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest CAD and visualization technologies to continuously improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
