Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, creating detailed blueprints, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to develop and implement effective architectural solutions while managing project timelines. The position also involves coordinating integration across disciplines to deliver cohesive designs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architectural Design, including creating layouts and innovative architectural solutions.
  • Expertise in Architecture and Solution Architecture for developing efficient and sustainable designs.
  • Skilled in Integration to ensure seamless coordination across diverse design and construction elements.
  • Strong Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges in design and construction.
