Key responsibilities include client consultations, creating drawings (CAD/BIM), coordinating with engineers, managing budgets, and site visits to ensure plans are followed.
Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand needs, budgets, and project goals, and present design proposals.Design & Documentation: Develop concepts, create detailed drawings (floor plans, elevations), specifications, and construction documents.Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building codes, materials, sustainability, and construction technology.Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and project teams from start to finish.Collaboration: Work with engineers, contractors, and construction managers to integrate systems (electrical, HVAC).Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
