Job Description:

Indiabulls Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural projects, ensuring design excellence, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective stakeholder coordination, and a passion for innovative and sustainable building design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, construction) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all projects.
• Oversee design management processes, including documentation, approvals, and quality checks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architectural teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented and address any on-site architectural challenges.
• Promote sustainable design practices and incorporate green building certifications where applicable.
• Drive innovation in architectural solutions while aligning with the company's vision for quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in architectural design and project management (preferably in real estate or construction).
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and green building certifications (an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Practical site knowledge and hands-on experience in design management.
