Architecture Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Architecture Draftsman with strong technical drafting skills and practical experience in government projects. The candidate will be responsible for independently preparing detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings while ensuring proper coordination with MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical working drawings.

- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for site execution.

- Prepare as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.

- Convert architectural design concepts into accurate and detailed technical drawings.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.

- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and requirements.

- Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and project feedback.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site execution teams.

- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.

- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.*

- Working knowledge of Revit.

- Prior experience working on government projects is mandatory.*

- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.

- Understanding of MEP coordination and construction documentation.

- Ability to work independently and manage drawing deliverables within project timelines.
