3 to 5 years experience
Education:
- Engineering, Masters in Science/similar
- Exposure to Financial Services Domain
- Knowledge of XML and HTML and experience with structured writing (DITA)
- Experience developing SDK documentation
- Excellent command of U.S. English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
- Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation with equal facility.
- Experience interpreting technical specifications, user stories, configuration files, code, and other technical documents as source material.
- Proven ability to learn new products and technologies and to grasp technical material.
- Experience with standard office and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office 2015 or later (Required); Adobe FrameMaker (experience with Structured FrameMaker a plus); Oxygen; Visio; and RoboHelp; as well as documentation preparation delivery mechanisms (e.g., online Help, Web help, PDFs, HTML, etc.).
- Exposure to software development tools, including source control tools, and processes, including design, development, and quality assurance is a plus
- Excellent English Communication skills
