About Us

We are a privately owned UK property investment and development company involved in commercial, mixed-use and residential projects throughout the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant & 3D Visualisation Coordinator to support our UK-based Architects and Project Managers on a range of refurbishment, conversion and development projects.

This is an independent contractor position suitable for candidates with architectural, design, drafting or visualisation experience who are comfortable working remotely with a UK-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality interior and exterior 3D renderings and visualisations

• Creating presentation-quality architectural visuals for development and construction projects

• Assisting UK Architects with architectural drawings and project documentation

• Making minor amendments and revisions to plans and drawings prepared by UK Architects

• Reviewing and understanding architectural and structural drawings

• Organising drawings, models and project information within Google Drive

• Maintaining project trackers and records using Google Sheets

• Ensuring project files are properly named, structured and stored so that Project Managers and site teams can easily locate information

• Coordinating information between architects, consultants, contractors and internal team members

• Providing general project administration support to the UK Project Management team

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience producing architectural 3D renderings and visualisations

• Experience using some or all of the following software:

* Revit

* AutoCAD

* SketchUp

* Lumion

* Enscape

* V-Ray

* 3ds Max

* Photoshop

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

• Strong organisational and document management skills

• Good written and spoken English

• Confidence using Google Drive and Google Sheets

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Experience supporting architectural, construction or development projects is preferred

Working Arrangement

• Independent contractor position

• Contractors should generally be available during UK business hours to facilitate communication with the UK-based team

• Typical working arrangements are expected to align broadly with Monday to Saturday and UK business hours

• The successful contractor should have sufficient availability and capacity to support our projects on a full-time basis

• Occasional travel within India or to the United Kingdom may be required for project-related activities

• All approved travel, accommodation, visa and related expenses will be covered by the company

Compensation

Contractor Fee

₹33,000 per month, payable against agreed contractor invoices.

Contractor Retention Payment

£3,000 per month, accrued monthly and payable as a lump sum following successful completion of 12 months of continuous engagement, subject to the terms of the contractor agreement.

The retention payment is intended to reward long-term engagement and will only become payable upon successful completion of the applicable retention period as set out in the contractor agreement.
