- Key tasks & specific challenges:
- Develop relationships with architects and designers by regular meetings and presentations, and educating them on related codes and standards and Client's solutions
- Develop, guide, mentor team of Specification Managers in respective area.
- Co-ordinate between Architects & Specification team to ensure that specifications are congruent with Architect's vision
- Contribute to continuous learning within the Architectural Specifications Team through assistance in trainings for new recruits on how to do specifications, and awareness on codes and standards
- Assist Product Marketing Managers with product presentations.
- Follow up with site consultants to promote Client's products on technical backgrounds, and offering dormakaba premium products and solutions.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Responsible to maintain and update activities of self and team in SalesForce.com
- Monitor, report and analyse competition activities and develop effective strategies to counter them
- Key Accountabilities:
- Increased no. of Architects / Builders / Investors using Client's specifications and testimonials
- No. of successful order conversions from project specification opportunities.
- No. of new enquiries and new clients.
- No. of specifications made in the range of Client's high specification products
- Improvement in quality of specifications in team.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (NOT IN IT/CS)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Preferred - Certificate GAI and Knowledge of ANSI / ISO/ DIN / EN HW standards
- Knowledge of CRM tools would be an advantage
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office
- Result-oriented and team worker
- Strong familiarity with project management tools.
