Architectural Service Management - Manager (Product Owner)

Key Deliverables:

1. Gather, prioritize, and normalize requirements into an engineering backlog, aligning with business priorities.
2. Manage the product backlog, ensuring balance between short-term and long-term goals.
3. Collaborate with development teams to guide the product development process, providing feedback and clarifications.
4. Facilitate cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment and coordination across departments, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
2. Own and manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure timely delivery.
3. Coordinate with ASM Leads and Engineering Managers on resource needs and skill set requirements.
4. Facilitate scrum processes, manage dependencies, constraints, and impediments, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
