Architectural Service Management - Manager (Product Owner)

Key Deliverables:

1. Design and develop backend modules of the feature management capability for FICO's decisioning platform.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX teams, and architects to align technical direction.
3. Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality, security, and engineering best practices.
4. Evaluate architecture and performance, ensuring scalability, stability, and interoperability.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on backend development using Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
2. Implement secure, RESTful and gRPC-based APIs; manage deployments via Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Handle database integrations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
4. Contribute to Agile development processes, performance tuning, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
