Role: Architectural Sales
Job Description :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors.
- Promote and get company products specified in upcoming projects.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Will be coordinate with factory for the samples of their respective client for the approval.
- Incumbent must be open for end-to-end coordination with the team of factory and with his subordinates.
Key Skills & Competencies :
- 3+ years of experience in architectural sales.
- OEM sales experience.
- Candidate must have knowledge of veneer (natural, dyed and hybrid).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications.
