Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Architect will design and develop interior spaces from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and coordination with architectural and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, reviewing interior fit-out plans, ensuring designs meet safety and regulatory standards, and aligning solutions with client requirements and project budgets. The role involves regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. The Interior Architect will also participate in client presentations, support project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Interior Architecture capabilities to integrate interior concepts with overall building design and technical requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Interior Fit-out, including coordination of finishes, fixtures, and on-site implementation.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial or residential projects.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
