Job Summary
The AEC Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our organization who possess strong Revit and
CAD skills. Architects should have 4-6 years of experience in architectural and/or interior designing/
engineering services, primarily responsible for the production of construction documents and participate in
the final QA/QC process on international projects.
Essential Duties/ Role and Responsibilities
Drawing Production:
- Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owners expectations (Internal and external).
- Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods.
- Quality Assurance
- Able to follow companys internal SoPs, client specific CAD/ BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction documents.
Team Working:
- Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols.
- Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.
Expertise:
- Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.
- Good understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.
- Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance,availability and productivity losses.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Architecture is preferred with a minimum 4-6 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
- Experience in design and documentation of Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering projects - New construction and renovation.
