ROLE DESCRIPTION:-

This is an on-site internship role for an Architectural Intern based in Delhi, India. The Architectural Intern will primarily assist in drafting architectural and design plans, participate in developing creative architectural solutions, contribute to integration of design concepts, and collaborate with team members on projects. Responsibilities will also include communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders as well as supporting detailed analyses of architectural designs and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
• Understanding of Solution Architecture and Integration concepts
• Strong Communication skills for working with seniors and juniors
• Problem solving attitude and a do-er to complete tasks productively.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong skill set in drafting & translation of designs to working drawings.
• Zeal to learn and grow and not leaving unfinished tasks.
• Attention to Detail and ability to document accurate project constraints.
• Enrolled in a degree in Architecture or a related field (3+ years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Create concept designs and work from inception to completion in your projects.

2. Assist in design development and preparation of architectural drawings.

3. Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentation materials.

4. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design alignment

5. Coordinate & support on-site activities and help resolve design and execution-related issues.

6. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.

7. Visiting sites and markets for project's need while assisting the Principal Architect in his meetings.

Delhi (On-site role)

COMPENSATION:-

Stipend as per industry standards, with provision for future employment for the candidate with right attitude.
