Architectural Intern

We're Hiring: Architecture / Urban Design Intern for Design Research & Competitions in Germany (On-site | New Delhi)

The Binary Studio is seeking a passionate and motivated Architecture or Urban Design Intern to join our team in Jasola, New Delhi. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of design and visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to responsibility and collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to international architectural competitions based in Germany, while working closely with our core design team.

Start Date: 1st January

Location: On-site at our Jasola New Delhi studio

Duration: 6 months (full-time preferred)

Paid Internship: Yes. Certificate of Completion will be provided

What You'll Be Working On

As part of the team, you will be actively involved in design research and competition development. Your role will include:

• Researching reference projects and preparing visual presentations,
• Exploring design options and sharing your inputs during team discussions
• Assisting in the preparation of final competition submissions

You'll gain hands-on experience through tasks such as:

• Concept design & research
• CAD drawings & detail development
• 3D modeling & visualizations
• Graphic presentations & layout compositions

Who We're Looking For

• Students of Architecture (minimum in 4th year)
• Strong design sensibility and eye for detail
• Independent, responsible, and collaborative mindset
• Prior experience in competitions (NASA, GRIHA, etc.) is a plus.

Required Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD | SketchUp | Adobe Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign
