Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Architectural Intern (Fresher) to support the design and execution team in residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of architectural software tools and a strong interest in practical site exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of architectural drawings and layouts
• Support in concept development and working drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams
• Assist in preparation of BOQs and material specifications
• Conduct site visits and support in site coordination
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with SketchUp / Revit / 3D visualization tools
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of building by-laws and construction basics
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• B.Arch (Completed / Final Year)
• Freshers can apply
