Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Intern to support our architectural team in design development, planning, drafting, and preparation of project-related drawings and presentations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting- Assist in preparing conceptual designs, presentations, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare working drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and area statements.
- Support in generating feasibility studies and layout options for redevelopment projects.
- Work on massing models, basic renders, and architectural diagrams.
Project Support- Assist the team with technical drawings required for CHS redevelopment, SRA, cluster development, and DCPR/UDCPR compliance.
- Support in preparing tender drawings, survey drawings, and documentation for approvals.
- Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and internal coordination sessions.
Research & Documentation- Conduct research on DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, SRA regulations, and redevelopment policies.
- Prepare design reports, presentations, and area comparison sheets.
- Assist in preparing minutes, checklists, and site documentation.
Coordination- Work with architects, structural consultants, legal teams, and liaisoning departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Coordinate with survey teams for measurement, area verification, and mapping.
Skills & Qualifications- Pursuing B.Arch (3rd year and above preferred) from a recognized institute.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, redevelopment norms, and basic bylaws (added advantage).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
