We are looking for an Architectural Innovation & Design Specialist who can bring architectural concepts to life through compelling visualizations, design thinking, and AI-powered workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Lead production of 3D views, renders, and walkthroughs

• Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams

• Contribute to landscaping, interiors, material selection, and moodboards

• Design experience lounges and site offices

• Explore and implement AI tools for architectural visualization and storytelling

• Enhance project sellability through strategic design inputs

What We're Looking For:

• 3–4 years of experience in architectural visualization/design

• Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Blender, etc.

• Exposure to AI design tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Rhino + Grasshopper plugins preferred

• Strong design sensibility and communication skills

• A mindset open to experimentation, innovation, and future-ready workflows
