Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic professionals who can build strong relationships within the architectural and design ecosystem while driving specification-led business growth.

The AES will engage with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers to position premium automation and shading solutions in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for professionals passionate about design, innovation, and intelligent spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers
• Drive product specifications during the early design stage
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and specification meetings
• Identify and track premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into business
• Represent the brand at design forums, architectural events, and industry conferences

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong exposure to architect/designer engagement
• Background from premium/luxury brands preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for architecture, design, and lifestyle conversations
• Experience in B2B relationship management with consultants/developers
• Exposure to smart living, automation, or premium building materials will be an advantage
