Architectural Draughtsmen / Photoshop &Sketchup Illustrator

This is a full-time role for an Architectural Draughtsmen/Photoshop & Sketchup Illustrator. who will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, design co-ordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Architect/ PMC with knowledge of society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe, massing in Sketchup, etc. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field 

Knowledge of construction processes and regulations 

Job Description 

1. Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, Preparing municipal drawings 

2. Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad 

3. Making Presentations of Plans to Society/ Clients. 

4. Reporting on Progress of project
