1) 15 years of experience in Liaisoning and Planning.
2) Liaisoning Experience with: MCGM, MHADA, SRA for Sanctioning of Projects, issue of IOA/IOD/CC/Further CC/OC permission, Plans Approval, Release of TDR
3) Experience in compliance report, data sheet, and post monitoring report for MOEF
4) Experience of Preparing feasibility report of new development/ redevelopment project under various scheme of DCR.
5) Site handling experience of Residential Projects.
6) Knowledge of AUTO CAD Drawing.
7) Well-Coordinated with Design Architect, Consultant, Contractors, Vendors.
8) Experience in making plans of various civil works.
9) High Problem solving , analytical skills.
