Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman based in Kakkanad, Kochi. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing architectural and construction drawings, assisting in project planning, and ensuring that designs adhere to client specifications. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to produce accurate and detailed project documentation. The draftsman will also contribute to the overall planning and design process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
• Proficiency in creating precise and detailed technical drawings
• Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Proficiency in CAD and related software for drafting technical layouts

• Proficiency in generating Ksmart complient drawings for commercial/residential projects and aiding in submission process
• Should be able to produce detail drawings required for civil construction works and interior fitout works.
• Creating and maintaining drawing records and logs
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in architectural drafting or a relevant field is an advantage
