We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman capable of handling complete drawing works for projects such as high-rise apartments, shopping malls, villas, and commercial developments.
The role includes preparing drawings from concept stage to execution, along with KSMART portal handling for building permits and approvals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings (concept to GFC level)
- Convert architect sketches into detailed working drawings
- Handle all types of drawings:
- Floor plans, elevations, sections
- Submission drawings (permit drawings)
- Good For Construction (GFC) drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with Kerala Municipality / Panchayat Building Rules
- Manage KSMART portal submissions for building permits
- Upload, track, and coordinate approvals with authorities
- Revise drawings based on authority comments and ensure timely resubmission
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams
- Maintain proper documentation of approvals and submissions
Requirements
- Experience in architectural drafting (AutoCAD mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with KSMART portal & permit approvals
- Strong knowledge of Kerala building rules & regulations
- Experience in high-rise / commercial / villa projects preferred
- Basic understanding of RERA documentation & compliance
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
