Architectural Draftsman

Prepare architectural drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings.

Draft plans, elevations, sections, and construction details as per project requirements.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and MEP consultants.

Revise drawings based on design updates and site changes.

Ensure drawings comply with municipal regulations and project standards.

Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically.

Support project teams during design development and execution stages.

Conduct site visits if required for measurements and coordination.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an added advantage.

Understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
