Architectural Drafter

• Responsible for construction execution and site supervision as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Review, interpret, and coordinate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings at site.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on technical and site-related matters.
• Review site conditions and identify discrepancies or issues in drawings, coordinating for necessary clarifications.
• Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and construction records.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction execution/site management.
• Good knowledge of GFC drawings and construction practices.
• Experience in site execution and drawing coordination.
• Good client interaction, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
