Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in architecture and design, with significant exposure to Healthcare/Medical Planning/ Hospital
- Proven track record in team leadership and studio management.
- Experience working with design-centric and/or boutique-scale studios
- Strong understanding of design systems, processes, and project workflows.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
