We are looking for an architectural professional who can do both — produce clean Revit documentation and deliver high-end, realistic architectural renderings. This is not a junior role. The client expects exceptional rendering quality and someone who can work independently during New York Eastern Time hours with strong, responsive communication throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Produce architectural drawings and documentation in Revit
- Create high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings
- Work independently while staying aligned with project goals
- Join meetings, present live progress, and collaborate in real time during EST hours
- Coordinate closely with the design team via screen sharing and collaboration tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong Revit experience — modeling and documentation (required)
- Proven ability to create exceptional, realistic renderings (required)
- Strong design eye and attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Comfortable with screen sharing, video calls, and work monitoring systems
- Must be available and responsive during New York Eastern Time business hours
- 3ds Max experience preferred — other rendering software considered if quality is excellent
