Role Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer/ Interior Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design solutions for a variety of projects, collaborating closely with our team of architects and interior designers, and ensuring designs are both innovative and functional. Both Architects and Interior Designers are eligible to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Strong 3D visualization skills (Enscape, Lumion, or similar software).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Create drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver cohesive, functional designs.
• Participate in site analysis, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Stay updated on trends in architecture, interior design, and technology.
