Job titile: Architectural Discipline Lead

Role Summary

The Architectural Discipline Lead will own architectural discipline production, quality, and team delivery on assigned project(s). The role requires strong technical expertise in Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, combined with proven team leadership and direct client-facing experience.

The Coordinator will manage client and timeline responsibilities, while the Architectural Discipline Lead will own the discipline's technical delivery and team output.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architectural discipline production, quality, and team delivery on assigned project(s).
• Lead and align architectural production work according to project priorities.
• Model architectural elements and sheets to required project standards.
• Perform self-QC before handing work over to the QC team.
• Review and take ownership of the team's output, identifying and correcting errors before submission.
• Resolve architectural clash issues using Navisworks.
• Raise RFIs to the Coordinator for matters requiring client clarification or resolution.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Handle team issues directly and escalate only serious issues.
• Assign work to modellers, review their output, and own team delivery.
• Proactively identify and flag delivery risks before they become client escalations.

Must-Have Requirements

• Advanced Revit Architecture, including family creation and modification.
• Confident working experience at LOD 400–500.
• Strong Navisworks skills with independent clash detection and resolution capability.
• Full workflow ownership using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural BIM experience.
• Proven experience leading or managing an architectural modelling team.
• Experience assigning work, reviewing output, and owning team delivery rather than functioning only as a senior individual contributor.
• Direct client-facing experience, including personally handling:
• Client calls
• RFIs
• Requirement gathering
• Track record of working on large-scale architectural projects with production-grade sheet and annotation output.
