This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in Kochi. The Architectural Designer will create and refine architectural designs and concepts, develop detailed construction drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on urban planning projects. Daily responsibilities include designing, drafting, and contributing to the planning stages of architectural projects, ensuring that all designs align with project goals and regulations.

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, Drawing, and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Architecture and Urban Planning concepts and practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in architectural design software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
