Architectural Coordinator

. Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions

. Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues

. Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings

. Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works

. Supervise the progress of architectural works on site

. Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

. Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.

. Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.

. Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.

. Attend site inspection conducted by client's representatives/ consultants.

. Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.

. Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.

. Liaise with sub-contractors.

. Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.

. Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.

. Coordinate handing over of completed works.

. Delegate/assign tasks to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.

. Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.
