Role & responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing and realistic 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
- Translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives that showcase the project's aesthetic and functionality.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project goals and requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance visualizations.
Education:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drawings and their integration into 3D visualizations.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
Communication:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
