Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Architectural 3D Visualizer who can transform DWG files, site images, and drone footage into compelling 3D visualizations. The output should strike a balance between realism and simplicity not hyper-realistic, but polished and professional. You'll be responsible for modeling large-scale exterior environments and animating camera movements to bring spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and drone footage to create accurate 3D models.
- Model industrial/exterior environments with attention to layout, scale, and spatial flow.
- Use rendering software to produce clean, stylized visuals (not photorealistic, but refined).
- Animate camera paths to simulate walkthroughs or flyovers.
- Collaborate with design and planning teams to refine visual output.
- Optimize models for performance and clarity without compromising visual quality.
- Maintain version control and organize assets for iterative feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in various 3D tools.
- Experience with rendering engines.
- Ability to read and interpret DWG files, architectural drawings, and site plans.
- Familiarity with camera animation and movement scripting.
- Understanding of industrial layouts, exterior design, and spatial planning.
- Good visual judgment - able to balance realism with clarity and simplicity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with GIS data, drone footage, or photogrammetry.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools for post-processing animations.
