Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes for client presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to refine design solutions.
- Ensure designs align with project objectives, spatial planning, and aesthetic standards.
- Support the preparation of working drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for materials, finishes, and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
- Incorporate sustainability and functionality into design solutions where applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
- 14 years of experience in architectural or interior design roles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, building design principles, and material selection.
- Ability to produce high-quality design drawings and visualizations.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and site coordination.
- Experience in 3D rendering and presentation development.
- Exposure to interior design and spatial planning concepts.
