Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Architectural Draughtsmen/Photoshop & Sketchup Illustrator =who will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, design co-ordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Architect/ PMC with knowledge of society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe, massing in Sketchup, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Job Description

1. Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, Preparing municipal drawings

2. Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad

3. Making Presentations of Plans to Society/ Clients.

5. Reporting on Progress of project
