Role

Handle end-to-end architectural design and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Timely, accurate design deliverables
• Smooth approvals
• Quality work with minimal rework

Requirements

• Experience in high rise residential buildings in MMR.
• Working knowledge of RERA & UDCPR.
• Strong design & detailing
• Good coordination & communication
• Software required to be well versed with.
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed/GFC drawings
• Coordinate with consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape)
• Ensure statutory compliance and approvals
• Monitor site execution and resolve design issues
• Review materials, shop drawings, and finishes
• Manage timelines, BOQs, and support budgeting
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and authorities
