Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Senior Architect(7-12Years experience) at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd. at Gurugram location. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.

Excellent in design and presentation skills

Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges

Development of design from preliminary sketch

Working Drawings and Detailing.

Good understanding of building services and coordination.

Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage

Able to prepare architectural reports and documents.

Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should dynamic with good communication skill.

Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions

Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure

Good Management and Leadership skills to handle teams.
