Job Description
- Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting)
- SAP SD/MM/CRM exposure (basic to intermediate)
- Functional Process Expertise (Lead Order Billing)
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics (CRM + SAP combined)
- Territory & Capacity Planning
- Data Governance & Sales Operations Strategy
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain
- Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP Sales modules to support pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and end-to-end sales operations.
- Create and optimize dashboards, sales reports, forecasting models, and KPI metrics across Salesforce and SAP datasets.
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align lead management, opportunity lifecycle, order booking, and fulfilment processes.
- Perform functional analysis to improve sales workflows, integrating CRM and SAP processes (Lead Opportunity Order Delivery).
- Drive CRM data quality, SAP master data alignment, and sales governance frameworks across business teams.
- Provide insights on market performance, territory planning, quota setting, and demand forecasting.
- Train sales teams on Salesforce + SAP processes, maintain documentation, and support adoption across global teams.
