Overview

PepsiCo is on a transformation journey with Workforce Management (WFM) to improve the time, pay, and scheduling experience of our frontline teams. This program is globally reaching and has already had a huge positive impact for our employees and leaders. As a member of the WFM Global Operations team, this role will be responsible for hands-on support, as well as the technical design and implementation of solutions for new changes or enhancements to the UKG Pro WFM platform. This role will partner with the WFM Global Solutions and Delivery teams to advance our WFM capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy Boomi integrations in support of the UKG Pro WFM application
  • Develop and maintain data transformation logic, connectors, and workflows in Boomi AtomSphere
  • Collaborate with WFM Solutions team, configuration manager, system integration partners, and stakeholders to provide technical design and solutions in UKG Pro WFM
  • Serve as subject matter expert in UKG Pro WFM configuration and integrations including but not limited to advanced scheduling, pay rules, accruals, function and display access, attestation, data views, and reporting
  • Conduct impact analysis related to new requests, unit and system integration testing, user acceptance test support, and on-going support for existing processes built in UKG Pro WFM
  • Analyze and resolve integration failures, performance issues, or complex data issues
  • Display initiative, self-motivation to deliver high-quality work while meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers
  • Support and maintain configuration and integrations within the lower environments, including working with end-users, others within WFM Enterprise Solutions (ES) team, internal IT teams, and 3rd party vendors
  • Collaborate with other WFM ES delivery and operations leads on production promotion and validation
  • Maintain Boomi processes, environments, and version control in accordance with PepsiCo IT governance standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation with all the technical details and proper visual illustrations (flowcharts, diagrams, and layouts) for ease of understanding
  • Analyze production issues and recommend solutions perform and effectively communicate root cause analysis
  • Support code reviews, deployments, and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders
  • Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of UKG Boomi experience
  • Experience integrating UKG with external systems
  • Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FP/SFTP, and SQL
  • Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • 5+ years prior experience designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining UKG Pro WFM solutions including pay rules, accruals, function and display access, mobile, attestation, advanced scheduling, data views, and reporting
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting InTouch 9100 or DX devices (configuration, firmware upgrades, initialization, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and systems concerns and efficiently communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or other tools
  • Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Experience working with third-party resources and vendors
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills a problem solver
  • Should have a general understanding of project management activities and methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Works well under guidance and direction
  • Ability to communicate with various IT and business teams directly or indirectly ability to listen to end-user requirements and take appropriate action based on PepsiCo's guidelines
