Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. Duties include producing detailed designs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing project development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards, and integrating various technical and creative solutions to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration processes, with the ability to work with advanced design tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure or certification is an advantage
• Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
