Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Perintalmanna. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural projects from concept to completion. Daily activities include developing architectural designs, collaborating with teams on integration and project execution, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with project parameters. The role also involves close client interaction to align deliverables with their vision and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architectural Design and a solid understanding of Architecture principles
• Experience in Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology-driven solutions into designs
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic architectural solutions
• Proficiency with design and architectural software tools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
