Job Description
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture or Tech Leadership; 3+ years in healthcare payer/provider domains.
Core Skills: Deep expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Salesforce platforms, SaaS, and enterprise integrations.
Healthcare Knowledge: Strong grasp of claims, care management, clinical operations, provider management, member engagement, and population health.
Standards: Proficiency in healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI).
Preferred: Background in Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, or value-based care; exposure to AI/ML-enabled healthcare data products.
Preferred Tools: MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, or API gateways.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and maintain EA standards, principles, and technology roadmaps. Develop target-state architectures driving cloud modernization, interoperability, and operational efficiency. Establish governance processes and participate in review boards.
Vendor & Portfolio Management: Oversee vendor SaaS ecosystems across clinical, financial, CRM, and analytics domains. Partner with procurement on evaluations, optimize application portfolios, and enforce security, compliance, and integration standards.
Cloud Architecture & Modernization: Lead cloud-first initiatives (AWS, Snowflake, Salesforce Health/Service Cloud). Design scalable hybrid/multi-cloud systems and patterns for APIs, microservices, serverless, and cloud security. Guide legacy application migrations.
Enterprise Integration & Interoperability: Architect API and integration strategies connecting EHR/EMR, CRM, claims, and care management systems using HL7, FHIR, REST, and event-streaming. Build reusable frameworks and API governance.
AI Enablement & Digital Innovation: Lead healthcare AI strategy using AWS AI/ML, Snowflake Cortex, and Salesforce Einstein. Establish patterns for responsible AI governance, model lifecycles, security, and LLM/copilot integrations.
Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders. Mentor architects and engineers, facilitate planning, and maintain EA documentation.
