Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location: HYD Campus, Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) and extensive experience in AI, LLM, and Agentic system evaluation. This strategic role will drive AI initiatives, Advanced Quality Engineering, and Thought Leadership within our organization, contributing to the development of innovative products in a product-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks for AI-driven applications.
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of AI models and systems through rigorous testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Lead efforts in identifying and mitigating risks associated with AI and machine learning systems.
• Provide thought leadership in the area of AI quality engineering and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT with a strong foundation in SDET principles.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in AI, LLM, and Agentic system evaluation.
• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a product-led organization or AI research lab.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in QA, AI, or related disciplines are a plus.
