Job Description
An experienced Camunda Developer to design, develop, and implement BPMN‑based workflow solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to automate business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and ensure scalable and maintainable workflow solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop BPMN 2.0 workflows using Camunda ModelerImplement service tasks, user tasks, decision tables (DMN), and process orchestrationsDevelop and integrate REST APIs and microservices with Camunda workflowsConfigure and manage Camunda Engine, process instances, and deploymentsHandle process monitoring, optimization, and troubleshootingImplement error handling, retries, incidents, and compensation logicWork on process versioning, migration, and performance tuningCollaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into workflow solutionsEnsure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practicesSupport production issues and provide root cause analysisParticipate in Agile ceremonies and sprint deliverablesTechnical Skills & ExperienceStrong hands‑on experience with Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform 7 or 8Expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN standardsProficiency in Java / Spring Boot for workflow service implementationExperience with RESTful services and API integrationsKnowledge of Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, and OperateExperience with external task pattern and message‑based workflowsFamiliarity with database concepts (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)Experience with Microservices architecture
