The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in backend and frontend development, with hands-on experience building secure, high-performing solutions across areas such as lending, payments, treasury services, customer onboarding, trade finance, risk management, and digital banking platforms. The role involves providing technical leadership, driving engineering best practices, addressing security vulnerabilities, and ensuring application scalability, reliability, and performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end banking solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities
