Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and testing, particularly in AI/ML environments. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, and Node.JS, along with advanced automation skills using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured. A solid understanding of mobile testing for iOS and Android platforms is essential. The candidate will also have a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including transformer architectures and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Implement and optimize testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies for non-deterministic systems.
• Utilize AI/ML metrics and tools to evaluate model performance and ensure quality.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore agile teams in best practices for QA automation.
• Communicate effectively with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations on testing processes.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Expert-level scripting in Java, Python, and Node.JS.
• Advanced automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured.
• Strong manual testing foundations.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including transformer architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
• Experience with metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, G-Eval, and BERTScore.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow and Weights & Biases.
• Strong leadership and consultative communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud infrastructure-as-code.
• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in QA automation and AI/ML testing.
