Job Description
ServiceNow SPM
5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience with 3+ years hands-on experience in SPM/PPM.
Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management.
Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SPM workflows and business processes.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and ACLs.
Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation and approvals.
Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with external applications.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards and Performance Analytics.
Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, roles and platform best practices.
Experience in production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployments and ServiceNow upgrades.
CSA / CIS-SPM certification preferred, with strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
